The Forno Bravo Oven
The centerpiece of the restaurant remains the stunning Forno Bravo pizza oven, where hand-stretched, 12" thin-crust pizzas are baked to perfection.
Signature Pizzas: Try the Picante (Calabrese and chili honey) or the Pierogi (herb'd potato, bacon, and scallions).
Dietary Needs: Gluten-free crusts are available for all pizzas, and the menu features several vegetarian and vegan-optional starters like the Fried Burrata and Tuscan Greens.

Breakfast & Lunch: During the peak snow season and summer months, Alto offers table service and "grab & go" options starting at 8:00 AM. In the shoulder season (like April), the focus shifts to the evening Pizza & Appetizer menu.
