Yes, we offer wireless internet but given our mountain location the internet is not always high-speed. We subscribe to the fastest service available.
We do not allow any events (stags, stagettes, wedding rehearsals or other events) to be hosted at our home. We also have a zero tolerance policy for noise disturbances caused by guests at any time. Quiet times are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. as per Panorama’s noise and “party” ordinance.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations before 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a booking fee equal to one night’s stay.
Cancellations that occur at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund.
Yes, we provide a pack n’ play and booster feeding seat.
Panorama does not have a full service grocery store only the General Store which is best for forgotten items. The town of Invermere has 3 full service grocery stores. Invermere is a 20 minute drive down from Panorama Mountain Resort.
Yes, we will sometimes accept shorter stays. Shorter stays are considered in our low season or for last minute bookings.

There is NO SMOKING in our home. If we find that you have smoked in our home, there will be a minimum $500 fine charged. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly in the trash.
We sometimes make exceptions for furry family members. Only pre-approved dogs are allowed. Pet fees will apply.
Although we do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, we cannot control or be responsible for the weather or any other unforeseen circumstance that may affect your stay.
There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We recommend trip insurance to protect your holiday invesment.
We do not sell trip insurance, but we recommend you consider buying trip insurance from a provider like Manulife. Carefully read the insurance that you purchase so you know what cancellation reasons are covered and which ones are not. ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ insurance is highly recommended.
